3. What the Service Does
Website X-Ray analyzes websites using publicly observable signals and provides reports with performance, SEO, security indicators, infrastructure insights, and heuristics.
4. Submission Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that any website, domain, or URL you submit is submitted lawfully and does not violate applicable laws, rights, or contractual obligations.
The Service performs non-invasive analysis of publicly observable signals only. It is not intended to exploit, bypass, stress-test, access non-public systems, or perform unauthorized security testing.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Conduct unauthorized testing or exploitation
- Attempt to bypass protections or rate limits
- Interfere with systems
- Use the Service unlawfully
6. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and activity.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless stated otherwise
- Subscriptions renew automatically
- You may cancel via your account or billing portal
- Cancellation stops future billing; prior charges are non-refundable except where required by law
- Access continues through the billing period
- Pricing changes apply at the next renewal after reasonable notice
- You are responsible for applicable taxes
- Failed payments may suspend access
- Chargebacks may result in termination
Payments are processed by third-party providers and subject to their terms.
8. Reports and Outputs
Subject to our ownership of the Service, report formats, scoring systems, and underlying technology, you may use reports generated for your account for internal business purposes.
Reports may be shared or made public if you choose.
9. User Data License
You grant us a limited license to process submitted data to operate and improve the Service.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, scoring models, report formats, and systems, is owned by OddLogic AI LLC or its licensors.
11. Operational Controls
We may block, throttle, refuse, or remove scans, reports, URLs, or accounts at our discretion to protect the Service, third-party systems, users, or legal compliance.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," to the fullest extent permitted by law, without guarantees of accuracy, availability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Website X-Ray and OddLogic AI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Total liability is limited to the greater of:
- Amount paid in the last 12 months
- $100 USD
This limitation applies across all legal theories and to all claims arising from or related to the Service.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Website X-Ray and OddLogic AI LLC from claims arising from your use or misuse of the Service, unauthorized submissions, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of third-party rights.
15. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by Illinois law.
Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
16. Assignment
We may assign these Terms in connection with a business transfer.
17. Severability
Invalid provisions do not affect the rest.
18. Waiver
Failure to enforce is not a waiver.
19. Force Majeure
We are not liable for events beyond our control.
